1 /5 Kevin Smith: It has been quite some time since Ive seen such poor communication and customer service. Kim and Vicki were completely condescending in their communication as though everyone is a title expert. They state that I have a tax lien against me yet can provide zero documentation as to what it is so that I can resolve whatever the issue is. Unbelievable that they state I am literally their only client that wants to resolve a potential tax lien levied against them. Sure thing! Hoping I dont have to close with this team but if I do, Ive learned my lesson and will never be convinced to use them again.
