1 /5 Charles White: Worst credit union ever I deposited a check from my lawyer and the lady said it had a 2 day hold turns out it was a 6 day hold them they closed my account I do not recommend this credit union

1 /5 steve reitz: The staff is nice and very helpful. That being said, when I opened my account on the 1st of the month I asked to have checks ordered. On the 3rd I visited them again and asked if they ordered them because I didnt see the charge taken off my balance. They looked and said the checks had been ordered. Now its the 7th and the balance is still the same. It certainly is taking a long time to ship my checks. I wont be recommending Vibrant to my friends based on this first week of service.

1 /5 Jeremy Turner: As of 6/4/2024 Vibrant no longer does loans of any sort. Im assuming if you currently have one they will still service it. Was told they no longer do loans of any sort in order to concentrate on their customers deposits, whatever thats supposed to mean. I would go somewhere else if you want full service banking with the ability to take out loans.
