Still waiting…Update on Nov. 7, 2023..I received a response to my review, yesterday, with an offer to meet with representatives of the company to discuss my claim. I replied with an answer, yes , to meeting someone, anyone that wants to explain why I have been treated the way I (my wife and I) that we have. We will see how long it takes from now till then.
