Guy was different. He took the time to explain everything in detail and was up front about everything. Since then, hes earned all of my special occasion jewelry business - anniversaries, wedding bands, major bdays, "push present," etc. Theyre small enough that they can take the time to really educate you on what youre buying. As a guy getting engaged in 2010, what did I seriously expect to know about buying a diamond? But theyre also well-established so they can get whatever you want, or even make something custom. All I can say is that Im loyal to great service and theyve never let me down.
