  • Daniel Richard Jewelers - Joliet
Lorna Lynch: I lost my father 3 months ago. My mom has been gone for 5 years. They didn’t have much to leave my brothers and myself, which none of us expected. My brother found my Dad’s will and in it he left me his wedding ring. It was gold and silver with a channel of 7 little diamonds. I didn’t want to just put it in a box and forget about it. So, this wonderful, sweet, professional jeweler , Dan, looked at the ring, asked what kind of setting I would like. I wasn’t sure but he came up with 3 settings to look at and the first one he put together was exactly what I was thinking about. He explained everything to me and after looking at my Dad’s ring, he called and spoke with me about price, which was extremely reasonable for a custom made ring, In order to keep price even lower, he said if I wanted to only use the silver, since I wanted the setting in silver, and he wasn’t sure that both the gold and silver could be used, I agreed to just have the silver and I would give the gold to them and the price would be less. When I went to pickup up the finished ring, he told me he had a surprise for me .After investigating things, he and his associate figured a way to use the gold and the silver from my Dad’s ring. In other words this totally different ring, was all created from everything in my Dad’s ring. It was very touching to me that the ring was different, but all of my Dad’s. I know he would be so pleased at the way it turned out. It won’t be in a box but I will wear it every day. Thank you so much Daniel Richard’s Jewelers for your special talent, professionalism and care. If you’re looking for jewelry either custom made or anything else this is the place. You could not go wrong. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Monique Hervy made it so easy, and I appreciate her professionalism. Found the perfect ring, that was truly meant to be. I also found one for myself too. I truly commend and appreciate Monique for everything she helped me today with putting my mind at ease. Everything happened the way it was supposed to happen

    Spencers Jewelry - Shorewood
Tanya Orndorff: I was looking for a jeweler close to home because my watches needed to get new betteries, and one needed a small repair. I also had some jewelery that I no longer wanted, and thought I would bring it in with me when I dropped off my watches to see if they were interested in them. Susan, the owner, was there and helped me right away. What she didnt know is that I had thought about selling my rings before, and other jewelers had looked at the wedding set. Spencers did make me a better offer, and I was happy to let them go and put that money to good use. I also cant wait to go back and shop around. I wear a lot of business casual attire, and sometimes a nice piece of jewelery makes you look a little more put together. They have jewelery in my budget, and some pretty little things that I cant wait to add to my birthday/anniversary/xmas lists! Also want to note they have a very friendly staff :) 5 stars, 6 flags, 2 thumbs up!

Perfectly Linked permanent jewelry - Lockport
Rebecca Hansen: My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience! Kelly squeezed us in for two permanent bracelets even though we called the day of and on the same day as the opening day of her new location! She was lovely and knowledgeable on the permanent jewelry process. The store also had a variety of other items outside of permanent jewelry - we ended up purchasing quite a few things! We will definitely be back and recommend to people we know. Check it out!!

Traegan Boness: The gentleman was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t push us into a sale at all. My fiancée and I got a fantastic deal on a set of rings. Can’t beat the prices here, we shopped around at other places and we came right back here afterwards. My dad got my mom’s ring here almost 20 years ago and I’m happy to say that those good things he said about this place still hold true today.

    Pandora Jewelry - Joliet
Andrew Woodburn: ⸻ I purchased a Pandora tennis bracelet from the Joliet location in February as a gift, thinking I was buying a quality piece from a reputable brand. After only a few months of occasional wear, the clasp became noticeably loose. When I brought it back to the store to exchange or have it repaired, I expected some level of understanding and support. This was on august 27th. Both the manager and employee were extremely rude like it was out fault it was faulty. Instead, I was given the runaround. I was told it might simply be “normal wear and tear” and reminded that it’s “just regular jewelry” That comment in particular was incredibly dismissive and left me questioning why I had chosen Pandora in the first place. Thinking pandora was well better quality than Claire’s. To me, Pandora has always marketed itself as a step above fast-fashion jewelry—something with a reputation for quality and durability, not something on par with what you’d pick up at Claire’s. But I bet if I bought a similar item from them it wouldn’t have broken. So from now on I’ll only be buying “regular jewelry” from Claire’s then since I should expect pandora items to just be regular jewelry. The way this situation was handled not only undermined my confidence in the product itself but also in the customer service I thought I could count on. I truly expected more from a brand like Pandora. This experience has me second-guessing future purchases, and I think others deserve to know how issues like this are treated.
