    Jessica Summers: We love going to this gym. It is very up to date and clean. Very reasonably priced as well. There is a wide variety of machines to choose from. I personally love the extreme room where you can use other objects to work out besides machines.

    Anthony F: This place is not ADA accessible. There is no space between equipment to easily transfer from wheelchair to weight machines as required. The pool does have a transfer chair, it’s jammed in a corner covered by 3 in of dust. The shower room has no mating on the floor and is dirty. To get to the walking/running track you have to climb two dozen stairs to get to the second floor, no elevator. Doorways with double doors and narrow opening’s ,only one has automatic opening. The staff is some of the rudest people ever employed. The 93000 thousand dollar director has her 60000 thousand dollars son working as floor manager in the past year he has been caught sleeping in the storeroom, foul language and rudeness with staff and members. The parking is the worst, they reconfigured the parking lot and the club lost 17 spaces to a village employee lot that no one parks in. Definitely pass on this place

    Nick Glod: Look, I understand a gym is a place full of sweat and smells. I have been in gyms since I was 15. But dear god this location REAKS and not of sweat, but of mold. I am highly allergic and within 15 min of being here my throat and air passage ways started to become hard to manage. I have been coming to this location on and off since it was an x sport. But the last year this place has tanked. And this is supposed to serve the clientele of gold coast and old town??!! Please someone get an inspector in this building and force them to clean it.

    Nicole hall: Absolutely horrible service. The lady at the front desk tried to ask for help from one of the sales rep and his answer was “I’m off the clock in 17 minutes”. She messaged/called another sales rep and we watched him ignore his phone whilst walking on the treadmill. The lady at the front desk was doing her best, so i respect her. She gets 5/5 for trying to help. But the whole establishment? Not a fan. Weights scattered everywhere, clutter, dirt. I’m not looking for a pristine gym, but for those of us who are paying all this money, we should have some type of quality. I’d rather be at planet fitness.

    Oksana Kulpa: I’ve always enjoyed working as a personal trainer here. The gym has always had a great atmosphere, and now with the new owner, we’re seeing fresh updates and even more care put into the facility. It’s exciting to watch the gym grow!

    Rogelio A-D: On August 31, 2025, I came to the club to swim and was assaulted by another member. Instead of handling it myself, I reported it to the manager on duty, who advised me to call the police. The police arrived, and the individual was arrested for failing to comply and refusing to provide identification. The manager handled the situation appropriately at the time and informed me that the member’s account would be canceled. She also mentioned that the GM would follow up with me. However, I never received any communication. I called during the second week of September, left a message for the GM, and still received no response. This past Sunday, 10/5/2025 I saw the same individual in the locker room. I spoke with the same manager, who told me she believed his membership had been revoked but that the GM had the final say. She said the GM would reach out to me by the end of the day, but no one ever did. Conversation with the GM (10/6/25) When I called again on Monday, the GM finally returned my call. He told me that because it was a “he said, he said” situation and the other person was only arrested for noncompliance not assault the club would not revoke his membership. According to the GM, both of us were at fault for the incident, despite there being multiple witnesses who saw what happened. I followed the rules, chose to disengage, and did not handle the situation myself yet the GM still categorized it as a mutual issue. He stated that the other member is now on a “final warning” and added that if anything else happens involving either of us, both memberships could be canceled. While I can defend myself, this response is disappointing and concerning. The lack of communication, accountability, and fairness from management is unacceptable. I can’t help but wonder, if this had happened to a woman, would the response have been the same? From this experience I can see that safety is not really a concern of theirs.
