1 /5 Aleya: SERGIO FUNES is very rude &’ unprofessional with a lack of patience. i suggest him finding another job if he can’t handle simple tasks from customers. constantly talked over me, put me on hold &’ in the end didn’t assist with my issue. it’s always the person who hates their job who find any reason not to do the job they were hired to do. you aren’t saving the world or doing something hard. answer the phone nicely and help customers with all needs with comes to insurance if that’s too complicated go home!! gonna make it my business to figure out who his manager is.
