1 /5 Jacinda Richardson: I called to ask why wasn’t my insurance renewed as I requested when I called a month ago to change my plan to full coverage. The girl I spoke with didn’t know anything and couldn’t answer any of my questions, she put me on hold several times. I was transferred three times and the last person transferred me to the wrong department. I called back to back for 30 minutes DURING their business hours. I got no answer. I called all the way up until closing time so at that point I knew they were ignoring my phone calls because I called previously and they have my phone number on file. My issue was unresolved!
