5 /5 Cynthia Stauffer: I started with the 5 week Beginners series. As soon as it was done, I knew I needed to continue at least twice a week. Even though it requires getting out of bed at 4:15 to make it to the class that best matches my schedule, I wouldnt give it up. Pilates has made a huge impact on my overall well-being. Im not sure I would have ever had courage to try it if not for Tappy and Emilie. They are great instructors and great encouragers! The small class sizes are great. The environment of the studio is very inviting.
