They always do a fantastic job couldnt ask for a better company to help us with our printer needs. Tom was the tech that came out and he went above and beyond. Went through the report with me, let me know of upcoming things that will need to be replaced. He had also noticed a separate issue with the bypass tray door and ordered the parts needed to fix it. Theyll be here next week. Fast and dependable service, couldnt ask for anything more from them!

Clearly explained the problem to them over the phone. Was told I would need to wait until 2024 season was done. Fine, no problem. Made an appt for about 6 weeks later. Show up at said appt only to be told they couldnt help me it was still tax season. Ummm, huge waste of my time yet again.
