    Grey Davis: I order a few boxes of coins last week, and was told it was not problem, and that they would arrive this week. I called Monday and I was told that my coins were not in, but they were ordered and would be there soon. Today when I go in to pickup my coins, not only Doha’s they not ordered any, but the worker who orders money said she had not ever received the request, but they can’t order me money regularly. What kind of do coal institution can’t order money? If your reading this and value customer service, and actual banking services, I would suggest using another bank.

They said “ racism “ was not involved but you can clearly tell they did not want to service this man then just walk away and went into office . That was not professional at all . They could have explained or gave paper work as to why his account could not be open . A policy ? Document required ? They just hid and their office . Somebody contact corporate !!

    Dave Hands: Three of my businesses use First Mid daily. My locations are located all over Illinois and Iowa and we often ask our banking partners to use their conference space to get a quick meeting in. Weve never been told no in all of our small towns and big until today. And the response was that the conference room is for employees only and for "insurance purposes" we couldnt use it. Most of my banks even call them community rooms. Insurance purposes......I think its clear how they value my business and me as a customer. Im headed to Busey.
