They could have explained or gave paper work as to why his account could not be open . A policy ? Document required ? They just hid and their office . Somebody contact corporate !!

My locations are located all over Illinois and Iowa and we often ask our banking partners to use their conference space to get a quick meeting in. Weve never been told no in all of our small towns and big until today. And the response was that the conference room is for employees only and for "insurance purposes" we couldnt use it. Most of my banks even call them community rooms. Insurance purposes......I think its clear how they value my business and me as a customer. Im headed to Busey.

    Shannon Lowry: LP gas department is a joke. After being a loyal customer for 12 yrs we were kicked off budget billing because we didnt use enough. In Feb of this year i had an overpaid account at $1100+. I decided since this company doesnt repay the loyalty to good customers, I decided to switch LP providers. When I called to get my reimbursement, I told the individual we would no longer need their service. Conviently, the individual I spoke with neglected to note the fact that I chose not to be theyre customer. Fast forward to Aug 2024, they showed up and filled our tank because apparently they had installed a "keep full monitor" that I was unaware of. I called the office and the lady I spoke with told me there were no notes on my account stating I no longer wanted them to fill our tank, and now, even though Im on budget billing with another company, now they are saying I owe them almost $600. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even when you tell them you dont want to be their customer any longer, they still find a way to take your money.
