1 /5 Shannon Lowry: LP gas department is a joke. After being a loyal customer for 12 yrs we were kicked off budget billing because we didnt use enough. In Feb of this year i had an overpaid account at $1100+. I decided since this company doesnt repay the loyalty to good customers, I decided to switch LP providers. When I called to get my reimbursement, I told the individual we would no longer need their service. Conviently, the individual I spoke with neglected to note the fact that I chose not to be theyre customer. Fast forward to Aug 2024, they showed up and filled our tank because apparently they had installed a "keep full monitor" that I was unaware of. I called the office and the lady I spoke with told me there were no notes on my account stating I no longer wanted them to fill our tank, and now, even though Im on budget billing with another company, now they are saying I owe them almost $600. Ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Even when you tell them you dont want to be their customer any longer, they still find a way to take your money.

1 /5 J T: Customer service is horrible. I have had to speak with someone on the phone multiple times about my bill and every single time they were rude, hateful, and incompetent. All they would keep asking is if I planned on keeping my service with them or not. After this round of budget billing I am out of there. I found out their prices are much higher than other places and for the rude people you have to deal with definitely not worth it. I would pay more for propane if the service was good. This is my first time ever having propane and I wish I didnt have to deal with it at all. Dont waste your time or your money.

1 /5 Christopher Magdaleno: Poor customer service. Line uprooted and needed repleaced. Tech gave several excuses not to come out and when he finally did didnt bury the line very well. Also their explanations of payments is inconsistant. Got two different bills for budget billing that are way off in price
