5 /5 Paul J Przepiorka: Got a few sweaters and other tops for spring and fall. They are pretty awesome, as the store is always nicely lit, clean and well organized. The rep tried to offer me a credit card, but the interest rates are way too high. Good way to try to entice people to become loyal repeat customers though and build credit if your bank turns you down. Would be nice if they had more US made clothes, but I understand, they dont make them, they just sell them. Anyway, great customer service, with plenty of people working there in case you need help finding anything.

2 /5 Stevie Timmerman: Had several items to purchase today and the selection was good. However had to put most of the items back because they only have the dressing rooms open on Sat. And Sun. Now who buys stuff with out trying them on? Not going to purchase something without knowing if it fits then have to make another trip to exchange it.

5 /5 Slacking Packing: This JCPenney location is an older one. This store has aesthetics and great customer service!

3 /5 Carlos Suarez: Seems to me the staff has already shut the doors to this location.Empty shelves and more empty shelves? You mean to tell me management cant find anything at all to put on them empty shelves to sell? Nothing like a good management team to keep an eye on the bottom line or lack thereof in this case! And also a thumbs down for poor customer service!

5 /5 Penny Savage: My son and I went here looking for a suit for his induction into the National Honor Society. The sales people were great!! Hes skinny and I couldnt find what would work on my own. They got him all set and everything worked out great!!
