    Martin 007: Jeffrey was my agent for almost 15 years. Unfortunately this past month i tried to get ahold of him directly a few times to go over my renewal and coverage questions before i proceeded with the cancelation. Unfortunately neither he or his staff answered to my requested phone calls. Seems like his business etiquette has changed from when we first started. To this day im still waiting for a call back from Jeffrey. Ive canceled my policies and moved on to a different insurer. If you want a cheap policy with the incorrect coverages and lack of claims response then choose Allstate.

    Jeremiah Banasiak: I am a local contractor helping folks around here. Just had a very bad situation with "Paul" from Nationwide who is apparently an agent here. He illegally told the Homeowner I was dealing with to do nothing and to stop working with me so he could put the claim in. This is definitely illegal so I would not being doing business here if that is how they conduct themselves and their business. Completely unprofessional.
