    Cynthia Ruiz: If I could give this place a zero I would. I took my engagement ring to get resized and the said a week . Next they said a few days or more . So I go in person to pick up my ring to take it elsewhere and they said they have the ring somewhere else and can not bring it . Excuse me you are with holding my engagement ring ! I told them I will call the cops if they do not return my ring . The lady wanted to argue with me . Horrible customer service . Never was told they would take my ring elsewhere , like why? It is just a resize adjustment.
