    P. Pitcher: I havent patronized this place for YEARS after overhearing the female owner talking to her friend/co-worker about how incompetent a customer was - in a BEGINNER jewelry-making class! All while ignoring me and a couple of other customers in the shop. After yet another subsequent poor customer service experience, I never went back...but it led me to a great bead shop in Bloomington which has a friendly and knowledgeable owner. Definitely worth the drive! Glad the grumpy curmudgeons left Junction City. Their snobbish attitude was atypical of business owners in that shopping center anyway so they werent a good fit. Ive since heard of numerous other (now former) customers who had offensive experiences and stopped shopping there as well. Its really too bad because they had beautiful jewelry for purchase and lots of supplies, too. Makes me wonder if they were actually asked to leave the Junction...
