1 /5 P. Pitcher: I havent patronized this place for YEARS after overhearing the female owner talking to her friend/co-worker about how incompetent a customer was - in a BEGINNER jewelry-making class! All while ignoring me and a couple of other customers in the shop. After yet another subsequent poor customer service experience, I never went back...but it led me to a great bead shop in Bloomington which has a friendly and knowledgeable owner. Definitely worth the drive! Glad the grumpy curmudgeons left Junction City. Their snobbish attitude was atypical of business owners in that shopping center anyway so they werent a good fit. Ive since heard of numerous other (now former) customers who had offensive experiences and stopped shopping there as well. Its really too bad because they had beautiful jewelry for purchase and lots of supplies, too. Makes me wonder if they were actually asked to leave the Junction...

5 /5 M. Colgan: We are so lucky to have Pumpkin Glass in our community. They have reasonably priced, QUALITY and beautiful jewelry making supplies and kits. They have jewelry making and glass classes. They also help repair jewelry and make custom pieces. The owners Bruce and Teresa are always very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I have checked out stores in places like the Chicago area and I was mostly disappointed in all those highly rated stores. Pumpkin Glass had just as good or better wares and much better customer service, kits and classes and it has only reinforced how wonderful it is to have such a resource here in our small community.

5 /5 Michelle Palmer: They have a huge variety of products for all of your beading and crafting needs. What you cant find at the big chain craft stores, they will have what you need here. The customer service is 100% the best. Theresa and Bruce are extremely knowledgeable artisans of many types of crafting!! Check out their classes they offer, as well! You will learn so much!!! I love this store/ studio. We are very fortunate to have them and learn from them!!!

I make jewelry and have quite a few friends in the area many people travel quite a distance just to visit pumpkin glass.

If they dont have what you need Bruce will go to his warehouses to find your items. Teresa has wonderful jewelry classes and just had her first video jewelry class. It was wonderful!!! I Loved IT. If you would like to make something just stop by, she will get you set up to enjoy your first project. Teresa and Bruce, I Love you to.

Customer service was great! Michelle was so friendly and informative about all the different vendors that are located there and the different items they sell. I will definitely go there again when I’m in the area!

Joel Reiser: Stay away! I came in with a gold chain that IS 14k and has been in the family for 50 years. It has been in fact tested before with a detector not acid. This time they immediately went in the back room and tested it for just a repair. Not sure why they would when it’s only there for a repair. When I questioned another lady came out to smooth things over. Acid testing is flawed and with gold being so high right now I had a feeling they were trying to pull a scam for a sale. So with a bad taste in my mouth I’m taking it to someone more reputable! Stay far away!!!

Mike Librik: Jesus Christ on a pogo stick! Though Im only so much into the stuff they sell, this is the finest use of mall retail space Ive ever seen. Go buy something there just to go in. This is a remarkable store, appearing unexpectedly in a half empty shopping mall in Peoria Illinois.

Corry Engelbrecht: I love this place so much! The employees are always incredibly nice, and the whole vibe of the store is wonderful. The stores name is perfect, too. There are so many interesting and incredibly unique items that I promise you wont find anywhere else in the Illinois Valley. In fact, many things, you wont find anywhere else, period! You will especially love this place if you like spooky things. Its probably a good thing its not located on a street I often drive, because if I was frequently reminded of its existence, Id likely spend all of my money there!

Tiffany Boss: came into town for a doctors appointment for my son. Took my boyfriend there to see about getting some golds. The man asked him if we lived in town and when he told him no, he said he had to order the teeth, and said he would call him in a week or two when he got them in. We paid him 400 dollars It’s been 6+ months, a week after we paid him, he stopped answering our texts and wouldn’t answer any of our calls. Be careful! They will steal your money.

Kenna Panger: This is such a cute shop with a variety of different styles of clothing. There was also a good selection of shoes and jewelry as well. The owner was very friendly and energetic. It was definitely my fav place to shop in Havana!

Heidi Wells: If I could give negative stars for this store I would. While visiting Metropolis my nieces visited this store only to be harassed by the older lady on the scooter. She body shamed my nieces who tried their best to shrug it off and politely redirect the conversation, but the lady apparently didnt catch on. I hope no one else has to go through such an experience!
