Wendy Vestevich: I have been training with Tony for years, I am a changed athlete because of his challenging, programmatic training. Thanks to him, I feel like a beast! Kettlebells, Olympic lifting, dynamic cardio, coordination and mobility work.

Michael Hodges: Great local gym! It is way bigger than it appears, very helpful people and clean!

Gustav Paulet: Joined this gym a week ago and already having a bad experience. This review is being made on Tuesday, November 4 at 9:29PM. I noticed the dark skinned heavy set woman at the front desk reception area on the left side as soon as you enter the gymnasium was saying goodbye and hi to every white member but ignored me when I said hi and when I said goodbye. She lacks professionalism. Yet the person in front of me got a goodbye and the person behind me also got a goodbye. I noticed everyone else got a goodbye or have a good one except me and what a coincidence that I was only Latino. Seems bizarre for her to be racist. Didn’t pay $75 joining fee and a month in advance to be treated differently. I am always polite and expect the same. Other than the rude woman at the front desk from tonight (Tuesday, November 4th) the gym is okay. The pool is not deep enough and the free weights could use more benches (only has one flare bench). The treadmills are decent but there are a few that skip. Hours could also be better on the weekends. Atleast till 9:30 everyday would be solid. Only reason I joined is because I live three blocks from here and the gym is not crowded like LA Fitness. Not bad but definitely not great

Garland Jackie Acker (Chicago Photo Mom): I just finished my two week trial membership and heres what I like about my individual plus kids membership: *FREE 2 hour childcare *Variety of classes - Pilates Mat with Zineb and Fuerzo Kickboxing with Marcelo have been my favorites! *Special programming! Kids are in a free weekly dance class and they had a reptile show where we could touch the animals. Negatives: *Parking is a challenge despite them having two parking lots. I had to park on Fullerton this morning around 9AM. *Family pool access is limited on weekends as 3/4 of pool is used for lessons in the morning. Definitely worth the investment for the childcare alone!
    Body High Fitness - Chicago
Hollie S: Body High Fitness is the best studio I have found in Chicago! If you like to lift and want a well-rounded workout focused on form, BHF is the place for you! The coaches are incredible and Ive found the other members friendly and motivating as well!
    Lances Gym - Chicago
Rachel Williams: I love this place. Everyone is here to work. Great gym etiquette. Lance is so easy going and helpful. And his gorgeous dog Sadie gently checks on everyone.
    Bucktown Fitness Club - Chicago
Sam K: Old school gym with relaxed, ex-bodybuilder owners. Client base skews young and male, but it’s a respectful environment for all types of people and all fitness levels. The equipment is older but well-maintained and carefully curated. The gym is also very clean; I’ve never experienced a hygiene issue. I’d say that if you know what you’re doing, are self-motivated, and live nearby, it’d be hard to do better than this gym, especially in the area. Just don’t expect fancy amenities: there are just weights, machines, barbells, accessories, and cardio machines.
Lincoln Park Fitness Center - Chicago
Sandra Brown: Solid no-frills gym in the heart of Lincoln Park. Dropped about $25 for a day pass to check it out. Equipments a bit dated, and the space isnt huge, but it gets the job done. Staff was friendly, and the crowd was chill—no meathead vibes. If youre looking for a basic spot to lift without the boutique prices, this place fits the bill.
