Their outstanding customer service, knowledge of their policies and best price won our business. We recently experienced a total loss to our 2024 vehicle due to a collision. I called Duriahs office from the accident scene and they immediately started the claim process for us. This was our only vehicle and their quick response allowed us to get a rental vehicle right away. We are now 2 weeks from the accident and our claim is settled, to our satisfaction, and we were able to purchase our new replacement vehicle yesterday. The entire process, from the first phone call through the entire claim process was handled in a very professional caring manner and helped to alleviate the stress of this incident. We remain loyal customers and will continue to recommend Duriah Delp & his team!

(No claim I was going to replace siding anyway). I was told I was the wrong kind of person by this agent. He made bad references to a past Federal Government Rep. by name. Please read the enclosed letter. This agent works for the insurance company not the client. Later found out agent is on the local government zoning commission. Sounds like conflict of interest? Look else where for you insurance needs.

I was very happy and proud to have the better coverage again. I did have Hartford from AARP. When I say no one came close I mean it. By several hundreds to thousands saved on homeowners insurance. And better coverage. Thank you. I was mistaken. The rates went up for no reason each year. The companys used willfully take advantage of sending emails that do not always show up. So if you ever have a home issue. You will be dropped especially if do not move fast enough to suit them. Of course when your a Senior and a Disabled Veteran one would think they would ensure you understand. They will not and do not until way after the fact. AAA is the way to go. No hidden information or distractions

This CRIMINAL covered my roof under some lame Homeowners policy and life was great until a storm hit Oregon. This CRIMINAL wouldnt answer my phone calls and he didnt cover my roof! The CRIMINAL claims that the roof was already damaged before hand, if so, why did YOU cover the roof when I came to you for home insurance? What a Horrible experience...
