CPI - Macomb Hilary Churchill: Absolutely horrible experience. If you want to try to make payment arrangements dont even bother calling. "Stan" was rude and arrogant and belittled and did not fail to insult me when I tried to come to an agreement for a payment plan that I could afford. Basically he said if I could not afford $500/month he would not work with me. Obviously, if I could afford that I wouldnt have a payment in collection. I was in tears before the end of the phone call. Im sorry that I even had to rank them with 1 star.
