We going to see if we can get me outpatient DHS I was assaulted by a tenant somewhere I was leasing I owned $1,000 worth of business inventory that was stolen from the room the woman had four warrants I had none I called before the altercation during the brawl and at the end of the brawl doing the emergency calls were so uncomfortable it was like I was being pranked"SIR" ; "COME ON TO THE STATION WE NEED TO TALK" LIKE "EWH NOT WITHOUT MY LAWYER! I have all six of my police reports I practically have all my receipts that I need but NO HELP SINGLE MOM,FULL TIME STUDENT, ENTREPRENEUR, BUSINESS WOMAN, CANCER AND BLIND I CANT MAKE THIS STUFF UP WHERES MY JUSTICE I GUESS EVERYBODY SCARED OF A 29-YEAR-OLDER NOW SO FRIDAY I HAD A BREAKDOWN I WAS SUPPOSED TO GO TO COURT I CALLED AND TALKED TO SANDY AND STARTED TO WEEP MY MOM RELAPSED BUT ON THE UPSIDE I JUST GOT ADMITTED INTO SCHOOL/ COLLEGE MY VA BENEFITS ARE NOW WORKING AND I GET MY OWN HOUSE IN 2 DAYS FROM NOW EVERYBODY KEEPS STATING AT ST CLAIR COUNTY THAT IM STABLE TO MY FACE BUT GOING TO TELL THE JUDGE SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAT LEAVES ME INCARCERATED THIS MOVE IN 2 DAYS WILL END POVERTY FOR ME AND ME MYSELF I WILL FEEL IN MY HEART THAT I AM FULLY ABLE TO SAY THAT I AM STABLE MYSELF! #IFNOTMETHANWHO#ENDPROVERTYFORME#NOJUSTICENOPEACE

1 /5 Theresa Horton: Very displeased. Never kept me informed of what was going on. She told me she was going to “get” me Probation, I then had to tell her I was eligible for first offenders probation and that would be a much better deal. After the Probation was completed I found out she had lied to me about the first offender probation and because of that I now have a permanent felony on my record!!!
