Tom C: I experienced extremely poor customer service registering my children for a swimming class. The woman taking my info immediately yelled to her coworkers that there was a dad who didn’t know the schedule and then acted inconvenienced that she had had to tell me what times were still available. She asked what level the kids were. I said beginners. She snapped at me saying she knew they were beginners. I started spelling my son’s name and she yelled at me that she knew how to spell it. She yelled at me three times what kind of credit card I was using after I said I was getting it. This employee acted like someone who hated their job and hated their customers.
