    Virk Deep: I had a very disappointing experience with OneMain Financial. They initially approved my loan, gave me all the expectations, and even went through the documentation process—only to deny it at the last moment without a clear explanation. Whats worse is that they did a hard inquiry on my credit report, which negatively impacted my credit score—for nothing. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading. If you’re not going to follow through, don’t promise approval or perform hard inquiries without confirming final decisions. I feel misled and frustrated. I would not recommend this company to anyone who values transparency, fairness, or their credit health . WORST!

    Maria Cherrington: Got my loan through here. Great Ppl to work with. My credit was in 400s Im on SSI they financed me. N helped rebuild my credit. Car turned out to be a lemon. They are settling with me since it will cost more to fix the car than the car is worth. They are forgiving a large chunk of my car loan. Ive never had a loan company help me like this. They apologized that the dealer turned out to be shady and sold me a bad car. They have been very generous and understanding. Highly reccomend

Communication was often abrupt or unprofessional, and I constantly felt like I was being cut off or rushed through conversations instead of being supported. If you’re truly in a tight spot and have very limited resources, she might be able to help with the basics. But if you’re looking for high-level guidance, reliable service, or any sort of structure and follow-through — I’d suggest looking elsewhere. Her firm does the bare minimum, and if you have a growing business or need full financial support, this isn’t the place for it.

    Nikki H: This bank has been here for ages and is now called "Fifth-third Bank." I have been going to it with my late Grandmother since I was a child. Recently, I went here and I was amazed with how homey and community-centric this bank was. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I did not feel the distant feeling of being another number that I would feel at other bigger banks.
