They still owe us money from a policy that I cancelled on 4/15. its May 6th and we still havent received a check after i was told it would be 7-10 business days. I called and emailed them on April 28th and havent heard anything back.

By half the day in, he was able to provide me with policy details and options for my situation. But it doesnt stop there folks.... he called me back unexpectedly the next day to ENSURE I was all taken care of and there was nothing else he could offer to help with. TOP NOTCH customer service.
