1 /5 Jordan Webster: My review is cut and dry. This man is a public defender in a DUI case for a close individual to me. This individual blew all zeros. This individual passed all field sobriety test. This public defender for Lee county is trying to get this individual to plead guilty to a DUI in return for 12 months court supervision. Does that make any sense to you. This man kicked me out of the office because I told him she is not pleading guilty. Does that sound like a good lawyer? Does that sound like somebody you want to represent you. A man who really doesnt look at facts but just they overall quick view of paperwork. Doesnt put in some effort to see if the traffic stop was even illegal. Doesnt provide Discovery papers for the client to look over? I could keep going but theres no point. I would not recommend

Natalie Rutherford: Sara Leisner should lose her job. She continuously canceled and rescheduled meetings to discuss a case. Now, I’m being made to look like I was the one who was difficult to get ahold of because I, too, had to reschedule a couple of the times we planned a meeting. The prosecutor and Sara moved forward without my knowledge and settled a harassment case where someone violated an Order of Protection multiple times. One of the times, this person threatened to kill me with a gun that she was going to get from her brother. I was told by Sara and the prosecutor that this person would get a minimum of twelve months probation, plus fines; they settled for much less than that. Lee County is a joke! Judge Draper also has no business handling cases like this.

They are not afraid to use tactics to prolong a simple process and wear the opponent down to where they are penniless and homeless in the middle of winter. If theres a loophole, they use it. They made sure we had nothing before they would even send a settlement offer after their client dropped dead at the wheel and almost killed us. My girlfriend and I will probably never work again, but these guys got free advertising. Cudos!

R C: I wish I could leave 0 stars. Huffman was a very incompetent lawyer. My husband used him for a family lawyer for two and a half years. I can count on my two hands how many times we actually spoke to Huffman, even during emergencies he was extremely hard to contact. He barely got anything done, dragging out the court process an excessive amount of time. And then drop my husband as a client as soon as he could, without any warning. We are just know finding out, over a year after he resigned as my husbands attorney, that he never properly filed the documents correctly with the judge. Putting us back 4 years of progress, which we now have to start over. I would never recommend him.
