5 /5 Jazmin: Stopped by the Joliet branch to inquire about a loan. Angela was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions. I will definitely be reaching back out to her moving forward.

1 /5 Truth91 Faith: Dont waste your time with this place! They are all unprofessional. Not once did I receive a call back when I was told multiple times by multiple staff members I would receive one. Its like you have to hunt them down to get an answer and or their job done. They beat around the bush and take their time for simple requests. You have to call many times to possibly get an answer. If you like a cat and mouse playing game when it comes to your finances this is the place for you. What a joke they are!

1 /5 Amanda: NuMark Credit Union over all is a hard credit union to work with. They are slow and behind. I am having complications with my account because they are not able to work with Zelle until August 2025. I wish I never opened an account with this credit union. They are so frustrating. Do not open an account with NuMark you will regret it in the long run!
