1 /5 Robert Dillon II: Just like every other shitty loan place. They will yell you your approved for everything under the sun just to run your credit multiple times. Then tell you you need a vehicle for collateral. Then theyll tell you even though we said multiple times your approved for this much now we can only give you this much because of the vehicles worth. Hopefully the next tornado hits during business hours.

1 /5 Victor Hicks: This company is as shady as it gets. I split two payments up with this company. I was told that as long as my second payment was made before the grace period I wouldn’t receive a late fee. They set the payment to come out one day after the grace period, and I’ve been paying a late charge for months costing me 100s of extra dollars. When I confronted them and ask why didn’t anyone just tell me, that all I had to do is move the payment up one day to avoid the late charges, They all played stupid. Instead of saying we made a mistake we will waive the fees or even some of the fees. They double down saying I get statements that i haven’t received since 2021. I will never do business nor recommend anyone to this shady underhanded greedy company ever.

1 /5 Ed Mahr: Cant believe how unstructured the company is. As long as you make payment everything is ok but if you over pay or have an issue with a payoff they no longer can help you do anything. If you screw up and miss something they will come after you or your wages. But if they screw up you will just have to sit and wait to see if they correct their problem. Wow very unbelievable!

1 /5 Amanda Costello: I will never go with this company again! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! once I can pay this off completely I will never go back or refer anyone to this company! The manager talks to you like you are garbage! And the team that works with him are just as rude! They have added more stress to my plate and arent willing to help at all! Shameful! Idk how anyone can work for a company that runs like this! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! NOT WORTH THE HASSLE! I would have given them ZERO stars if it was possible!
