Called paolucci and he did it for free!! Also cleaned it. came back sparkly as ever!Will be buying my wedding band from here next year! Very appreciative!!

We had some loose gems and a bracelet to modify. They basically laughed him out of the store, so I guess they only sell generic stock. It goes without saying that they were extremely rude. Definitely wouldnt recommend.
