    Dr Randall Heskett: This place has the best staff, incredible People working out there, and state of the art equipment. They have many teaching rooms, A room with excellent sports performance equipment, a fantastic cardio section, an incredibly diverse series of weight machines, and excellent free weights. The new powerlifting room will be beyond excellent. Every time I come to Sterling I go here. It is nice to have such excellent leader ship there at everyone’s service. This gym is the bomb.

    Courtney B: Nice gym, but I would love if the parking in back was accessible! Theres a back door and a camera on it, so Im not sure the reasoning behind it. I usually would go after work, but there is no parking anywhere. I have had to park all the way by the high rise before, and while I get it, Im going there to exercise so a walk doesnt do any harm, it would still be nice if the back door was operable.

    Patti Schmitt: I have been going to LBS since it opened up in January. Jeannie is a great coach, explaining the exercise to get you the best results. She has helped me modify some of the exercises to help with my bad knees. She gives you little tips on eating the right foods. The gym is a fantastic place to go and get your workout done.

    Paul J Przepiorka: Pretty decent place to get your workout on. They have a brand new gym, with mini golf (green) and golf simulation. Plenty of room for cardio (ellipticals & treadmills, various weight machines, basement has lots more to offer with bike rooms, studio, free weights, racket ball room, and more machines. They even have a sauna down there! Would be nice if they added cryo room, for freezing therapy, but a cold shower or ice bath should do just as well. Anyway, give them a call or stop by and ask for a tour, well worth it!
