The equipment was up-to-date; the staff encouraging and helpful; the members friendly!! I’m looking forward to my next visit :)

Love how each class she adds and does something different so it makes your muscles not get used to to the same workout. She’s fun too and that makes it also enjoyable! Come check this class out it’s one of my favorites!

5 /5 Marg Flowers: I love coming to this gym because the classes are great and the instructors are the best in their field. I feel like the instructors are incredibly motivating and will correct your form and help you work out properly. They want you to ensure that you will be getting the most out of your workout and prevent injury. It is very nice that there are people with varying levels of fitness in each class so it is really comfortable for everyone.

5 /5 Tim Morris: This is a great gym in town for when you dont want to go into Springfield to workout. They have plenty of cardio equipment, free weights, hammer strength machines, and an all purpose room to stretch and do dynamic exercises. They also have exercise rooms for classes.

5 /5 Gheevar Jacob: I came down from Wisconsin to visit my buddy from college and he took me to his local gym. I am highly impressed by all the equipment they had, especially how they kept it in great shape. I am a gym bum and like doing alot of high intensity exercises and this gym has everything I am looking for including a good amount of free weights, plus few extras. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is looking for a great gym to work out at.
