1 /5 Diane Paoli: Omg-don’t ever go there. I signed up for a month (and asked them about doing that to see if I would like it). I phoned before the end of the month to cancel as I was out of town. I was told I could not cancel until I came in and signed a form. I arrived back in town about a week later, and signed the form (After now, being charged the monthly fee on my credit card). They just left me a message and said that they would not be refunding that money-I’m really not sure if they’re going try to charge me for another month. When I called to cancel the first time, I asked if I could send an email since they would not do it over the phone (I was out of town)and I was told the only way to do was in person. How can that be? In this day and age you should be able to email a cancel form. Sadly, even after I signed the form (made notes on the cancel form about my call) , then left a phone meassage, no one contacted me for was almost 2 weeks.
I will contact my credit card company!
