I’ve been assured I’ve been removed each time and yet the letters keep coming every month. BUYER BEWARE. This company is NOT accredited through the Better Business Bureau. They send aggressive letters in order to scare people into purchasing their services. Find an accredited business that does not try to bully you into purchasing their services. You’ll have no recourse with this company in the likely event their services will fail you. (Check out the reviews from people they’ve screwed.)

Was even told on the phone that approval was sent to body shop electronically when he was at the body shop with the owner of the body shop and it simply wasn’t so. All I can say is that their service was completely unsatisfactory.

Not only did they NOT penalize me, they also had the least expensive rates. And after a year, my rate dropped. And when I go in to pay my bill, Im greeted with a friendly courteous smile.
