Abby Carlson Adam has been our insurance agent for over 10 years. His office is easy to get in contact with, thanks to his assistant Debbie who is amazing. Adam is incredibly knowledgeable and realistic. He takes his time explaining any and all options you have, but does not try to push you towards any for his own personal gain. My husband and I have all of our insurance and many investments such as retirement through Adam. Country Financial is easy to work with on claims and walks you through the entire process. You are assigned to one person who handles your entire claim, which makes the process so much less stressful! HIGHLY recommend Adam Peters and his team!!

Destiny I’ve called this company 6 to 8 times over the last 6 months to be removed from their mailing list. I’ve been assured I’ve been removed each time and yet the letters keep coming every month. BUYER BEWARE. This company is NOT accredited through the Better Business Bureau. They send aggressive letters in order to scare people into purchasing their services. Find an accredited business that does not try to bully you into purchasing their services. You’ll have no recourse with this company in the likely event their services will fail you. (Check out the reviews from people they’ve screwed.)

Bianca Jenkins If I could give this man negative 5 stars I would. He started yelling at me and berating me because I didn’t have the correct information at the time of purchasing my rental insurance agreement. He has a very short temper and needs anger management. I tried to talk to him and give him the information needed and he refused because he was frustrated about the situation. I didnt what the apartment asked me to and called him to correct what was wrong. If you hate your job then don’t be an insurance agent.

Michael Richardson They were great to work with for 2 years. Got married and attempted to work with them to combine car insurance, move our home owners, open a business policy with them, and they talked me into keeping my renters policy simply becuase the engagement ring was covered under that. I agreed thinking it would be a easy way to save some time and they would have everythign quoted and executed in a few weeks. Not counting the business policy, we were looking for roughly over a million in coverages. 12+ weeks go by and they could never even get me a quote. Multiple calls and it was apparent that they had not even looked at any of the information that I sent over to them. Tried to call again today, was on hold for 10 minutes, got disconnected, no call back, I called them back after waiting for a few, got put on hold again. No apologies, no reasoning, just "Okay" when I stated that I want to cancel everything that I currently have with them. It appears that they have enough business that they do not value the opportunity to provide existing customers growth and added policies.

Lisa Bujnak I found Yaekel & Assoc. when googling Erie Insurance. I have had my home & car insurance with them ever since. I would give them 10 stars if I could. A person answers the phone, no automated voice. They go over my policies before renewal to see if there are any changes that could save me some money. If I call with questions they are answered quickly. Good customer service is something that is getting harder to find. I appreciate their attention to detail and honesty. Erie insurance doesnt advertise, if you are looking for excellent insurance give Yaekel a call. They had quotes for me in less than 24 hours. I have been with them for years. Excellent local insurance office!

Tasha Jones Service from Katherine and Sue was great. State Farm overall has become a waste of money. Anytime you use your coverage, the premiums increase. I only filed 1 claim for hail damage. I moved to TX and had to switch offices and the premium went up 30 more dollars. I have been with State Farm for years. This is insane. I was able to get the same coverage thru Progressive for close to the same amount I was paying in IL.
