Stephanie Gutierrez: Deserving of 0 stars. Worst experience ever! Canceled our auto and home insurance after 6 weeks. Brianna Yuthoff and the manager, Autumn OReilly were rude, patronizing and beyond unprofessional. Received our supposedly final quote/price from Brianna only to find out our bank account was charged $200+ more than agreed upon. NEVER received a return call from Brianna, EVER. She dodged every phone call we made trying to resolve issues. Mind you, my husband is the friendliest person to talk with. He gives people the benefit of the doubt. After leaving several messages, he finally heard back from the branch manager, Autumn OReilly who was nasty from the get go. When genuinely asking her "why should we stay with AAA after the service weve received?" She sarcastically responded with, "Well you like talking to me, dont you?" She never apologized, was extremely rude, threatening and just plain icky. Do yourself a favor, RUN! Read the reviews and please heed our warning, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH!!

Michael Boone: Customer service was terrible for my parents. Mom had a wreck on 11/26/2022 and still doesn’t have the car back on 2/1/2023 because the insurance company was simply not responsive. Dad called me MANY times to complain that they were giving him the run around. Dad - who is in his late 70s had to call the insurance company many times. Was even told on the phone that approval was sent to body shop electronically when he was at the body shop with the owner of the body shop and it simply wasn’t so. All I can say is that their service was completely unsatisfactory.
