5 /5 Lisa Collier: I love both locations! However, some of the equipment at Marion fits my needs to prepare my body for a successful knee replacement surgery. I do work with a personal trainer, however, the equipment is self explanatory, even for me!

1 /5 Zalen Ragsdale: I literally havent been in almost a year and a half. Payed my fee along time ago for the green chip. And month after month my account gets money taken out. Every time I call its straight to voicemail and ignored on Facebook. Hopefully they see this so I can get my money back!!!

1 /5 Zach Camden: If you make a family account here, just remember when you cancel your account it doesnt cancel it for your family members, and you will not be notified of this. You will get an email saying, "We cancelled your account!" but you will continue to be charged $29.95 for your add-on. When you request a refund showing when you original cancelled the account, they will deny your refund and instead make your spouse send a separate email, for a separate cancellation request, since the add-on can exist in perpetuity without the primary account. Though you cant walk-in and purchase a $29.95 family plan add-on without first paying $39.95 for a base membership, you can be charged for that family plan add-on once you cancel the base membership--and they are happy to do so. Did you start a membership with a family member who doesnt go to the gym anymore? Were they the base membership? Have them cancel, save $39.95 a month and enjoy your $29.95 membership! I am not the kind of person that leaves negative reviews, but I feel deliberately difficult or predatory business practices deserve to be publicly identified.
