I walked into a Rolex AD for the first time in several years with no past purchase history, you can imagine how this could be intimidating!! Lina Kim sat me down and made me feel right at home, answered all of my questions gracefully and thoughtfully, and you just genuinely had this feeling that she cared about the experience I was having. My entire professional experience is hospitality and guest service, and this motivated me to engage my team at a higher level.
