They are so mean, rude and unprofessional to the customers. If you truly care about your car, I strongly advice you not to not to go to them.

I am trying to keep this as professional as possible, but it took me a while to get my reimbursement on top of that. I began legal proceedings against this agency, and they immediately reacted to get my reimbursement over. I was charged the cancellation fee, which I suppose I understand however the amount return did not match what they charged me vs what I received. Santiago and this agency are definitely not the people I recommend and would recommend to go elsewhere.
