1 /5 Sable Swain: After a brief consultation, the man had me convinced I was just going to be a worthless felon for the remainder of my life. He explained that although my record could be sealed, it was impossible to remove it from 3rd party databases regularly used in background checks. After about a month of depression I was later informed that it’s pretty simple to send it the court papers to whichever 3rd party and have it removed from their database. I’m glad I didn’t allow this man to ruin any hope I had at a decent life.

Now my license is suspended and I have to try and deal with that. This isnt the first time Ive heard of it with him either.
