    Daniel Calderson: I moved to Machesney Park for the summer this year with my family and found this gem. Not only are the facilities great - between the open mats and weight training, but the coaching staff is phenomenal. Coach Gus (an active fighter) always motivating and focused. He always knows how to push the students and I could not be more grateful for the time with him albeit limited due to my short stint in the area. Coach Pat (a boxing hall of famer) was the same. Always encouraging me to do more. Always motivating us even when not working with him directly. The coaches see your strengths and know how to push you beyond. My only regret is not having spent more time with them. I look forward to dropping in when visiting in the future. Cheers!

    Derek encinas: In January, I was really needing a kick in the butt with something new to shake things up. Little did I know, Id find something like MaxP. I love all the workouts every week and I love how much everyone supports each other. One of the best parts of MaxP is having a group of people to cheer you on when you feel like you cant keep going. Highly recommend!

    Tom Swanson: Nice, smaller gym. Visited for just 1 day while traveling. All the basic machines plus plenty of free weights. Clean and friendly with cheap daily rates.

    Branden Springborn: Quite a lovely calming atmosphere. My wife and I came in to use the Spa/sauna. Andrew greeted us at the door and made us feel welcomed into the space. He showed us to the room where the hot/cold spa was and told us what we can do in there. Everything was so clean and nice! Switching between the hot and cold felt so therapeutic we will DEFINITELY be coming back. Check Sattva out. Its a great place in Rockford!

    Christy Krupa: Love this gym! The staff is so friendly, encouraging and helps you modify movements to help you where you are at!! I highly recommend this place if you are new to working out, trying to get back into it or looking for a specific goal to reach! Janette and her instructors are amazing! Give it a try!

    Marissa Walker: Did a 1st time beginner reformer class and had a wonderful time. Great class size and very friendly people. Sayward is a great instructor, informative while keeping it fun.

    Radmila Meanovich: This gym is the only place that really feels like home! I started almost a year ago and I feel amazing! The staff is absolutely amazing and encouraging. All the members really do embrace you like family. If you are looking for accountability in your workouts you owe it to yourself to try Level 4. The workouts will continue to challenge you and you will never feel bored. Invest in yourself! You are worth it!

    Lady Jaye: I like NorthPointe because it’s close to my job. We don’t have many options where I live so I come here. They get you in and out quick. I love that. The quality of your visit depends on which doctor is working at the time of your visit and if the doctor likes your insurance. It’s a fantastic experience most of the time but it can be a complete waste of time as well.
