5 /5 Branden Springborn: Quite a lovely calming atmosphere. My wife and I came in to use the Spa/sauna. Andrew greeted us at the door and made us feel welcomed into the space. He showed us to the room where the hot/cold spa was and told us what we can do in there. Everything was so clean and nice! Switching between the hot and cold felt so therapeutic we will DEFINITELY be coming back. Check Sattva out. Its a great place in Rockford!

5 /5 Alexa Herold: Sattva Hot Yoga is my happy place once a week and I look forward to these 60 minutes especially in the 7:30 pm classes following a long 12 hour shift. Everything about Sattva is amazing including the atmosphere from the moment you walk in, the instructors ability to break down poses for beginners to advanced, the equipment offered so you only need to bring yourself/water and the overall flow of the classes. I cant rave about this place enough coming from someone who has never done yoga before in the past! Thank you for making me love yoga!

5 /5 Heather: Sattva is my calm in the storm! I have done yoga for over 15 years, and until now I havent had a place to do hot yoga. The studio is amazing! From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed, comfortable, and relaxed. All of the instructors know their stuff! I feel like I can speak on this because I have so much experience with yoga myself. I am in the yoga monthly membership and have also done the hot/cold therapy room a few times. I wish I could be there every morning to start my day, but a few times per week works just as well! I love Sattva!

The workouts will continue to challenge you and you will never feel bored. Invest in yourself! You are worth it!

Lady Jaye: I like NorthPointe because it’s close to my job. We don’t have many options where I live so I come here. They get you in and out quick. I love that. The quality of your visit depends on which doctor is working at the time of your visit and if the doctor likes your insurance. It’s a fantastic experience most of the time but it can be a complete waste of time as well.

Group classes, using Apple fitness and the anytime app. Working with a coach gives me a focused workout every time I go to the gym. Its great to see friendly familiar faces when you enter. Good assortment of equipment too.
