We walked in wanting to just look at engagement rings, but thanks to Jim we left with the perfect ring ordered! Jim made the experience comfortable and memorable. He walked through all the decisions with us, and it made us feel very special. We cant thank Jim enough! The ring we ordered was very affordable and beautiful!

5 /5 MARSHONNE: This was our first experience with Roger and Holland. Upon entering the store we were greeted with Excellent Customer Service and they were very patient with us. We had put our rings in the layaway and was undecided on the rings that was placed into layaway they allowed us to swipe out on two different occasions until we found the right one.
