5 /5 Stephanie Lotz: Maddison and Chad were amazing. Maddison took the time to call another store to find the necklace a charm on it that I wanted and got the price for me. When I went there to go buy Chad the manager was there to help with a smile and told me the history of the store. From now on this is the only jewelry store I am going to and dealing with. 100% recommend this store. Springfield location but all are great though. Even then Peoria one; the original one I went to.

5 /5 Jewel King: Went in for sizing and to “look” last June.. I went in April to buy his ring without him knowing. Chad took care of us in June and wrote everything down, when I went in April Chad was there again and pulled up our information which I was surprised they would still have on file. Chad is so nice and personal, best sales person I have had pleasure of working with in a long time. Very glad we chose Roger’s and Hollands over another jeweler. Third time in my life ring shopping and first ring I have ever bought and I would chose no other place to go for jewelry. Appreciate all the help from Chad!

Chad Long ( manager) worked with me for a week because I lived about 80 miles from Springfield, Illinois. The staff is very friendly and they have a very nice selection of jewelry products.

Matthew Matuniak: Reposting a review. I previously posted a review about getting terrible service from Spritzs. I took several watches in, mainly to resize bracelets by removing links that were stubborn. They were rude, didnt listen to the actual asks I had, and tried to charge me for not doing anything on some pieces. I left a watch with them that had a broken spring bar pin in the lug that needed to be drilled out. They used too big of a bit and over-drilled the lug hole, damaging the lug. I also left a watch with significant sentimental value to be cleaned. After cleaning (bath cleaning on the case and bracelet, not full disassembly) it showed a ton of scratches and the crown didnt sit properly in the movement, causing wear in the movement when I would turn it. I didnt wear it as much for fear of damaging it. I finally had the chance to properly disassemble the watch and check why the crown wasnt set properly. During the cleaning when they reassembled the watch they broke the movement holder ring by overtightening the caseback and didnt have the patience to reengage the crown properly/fully with testing. Real arrogance from the watch repair team that they know what theyre doing, but they clearly dont take enough care. When I posted the initial negative review, Jim had the gall to call me and complain about it because he offered a good price and didnt understand why I would immediately go to a negative review instead of working with him. I caved and took it down and said Id give him another chance. Here I am 6-9 months later facing hundreds of dollars to chase down replacement parts (movement holder on a watch thats out of manufacture) on a watch they broke and Im not inclined to given them another chance to mess up after over drilling a lug, breaking a movement holder, resetting a crown poorly, and having bad customer service to boot.

Logan Thompson: I went in to have a custom piece done out of three existing pieces (that weren’t exactly high quality in the first place)- a triquetra necklace my Dad gave me, a pendant with his face etched into it and his wedding band. But Cindy worked with what I was wanting and did a phenomenal job. My first idea didn’t turn out as nice as I would have liked (Cindy predicted this) but I went back in and they worked with me on it for no extra charge. All three pieces are now combined into a single pendant that looks marvelous. I’m so glad I went back. It shines and is a tribute to my wonderful Dad so it just makes me very happy. And it looks very high quality now too.

josh m: This place should be closed down. Got a 2500 dollar wedding set for my wife. Get the ring in the mail. After not even owning this ring for 2 months, a stone fell out. So we take it to Zales because the first warranty is covered (or so we were told). Fast forward to SIX WEEKS LATER and the ring is ready for pickup. Now they are trying to charge us 1900 dollars for a repair that was THEIR FAULT. They are the ones who shipped the ring to US in the first place! After a lot of complaining we got "helped" and they took the total amount to 78 dollars. I should have to pay nothing. Then to top it off, the associate who was there when we dropped the ring off "no longer works there". Avoid this store. You have been warned.
