Great for all ages my 8 year old son loves the classes and the one on ones it keeps him in shape physically, mentally , and teaches him the sweet science of boxing . Highly recommend!

James Williams: No real issues with the gym itself. But, when I needed to cancel my month-to-month membership, I could not get a hold of anyone. I called, emailed, texted, and sent a DM on Facebook. No answer. Ended up having to cancel my credit card and get the bank involved in order to stop payments.
Flow Midwest Yoga and Meditation - Springfield
Makenzie Gillette: I searched for a yoga class online while traveling here to Springfield for work. I came across FLOW and signed up for the Vinyasa & Yin class taught by Leslie. The place is very nice and the class was awesome! The instructor was friendly and made me feel comfortable since I was a “newbie” to the studio. If I’m back in town for work again, I will definitely sign up for another session!

Colin Vasconcelles: Went to the Glow event last night. Several fights among other attendees broke out (inside and outside the facility) and conflicting reports of a weapon being brandished were made. Your staff of seemingly mostly teenagers were quickly overwhelmed with what was happening. The ratio of parents/guardians to children seemed woefully low to assist in separating the kids from the fighting, both those involved and those piling in, phone in hand to record whats happening. We left as soon as we possibly could and will never be attending your facility again. If you are going to have this many attendees at once I would recommend you do as other places do and get some kind of meaningful adult security and/or off duty police to be on site and assist with keeping things under control.
