1 /5 Jerry Flowers: If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter signed up for a membership, paid the initiation fee, first month dues, signed the contract and got her key card. She worked out one or maybe two times then mysteriously her key card stopped working. We called, emailed and sent Facebook Messenger messages, zero response. So she went up there during a time they had posted office hours and was informed they weren’t accepting new memberships and took her key card. What?! So why did she go through the entire process to become a member? Don’t you think you’d say something then? Not even a phone call to explain the situation and no apology. Do not do business with these people. They don’t keep their word and they don’t apologize for their errors.
