1 /5 SumMerFine: Would not purchase insurance through this company ever again. Unable to make partial payments before the due date. I understood if it was after the due date but to not be able to make partial payments online is insane. Was not refunded for a vehicle on a policy that no longer needed to be on the policy. Asked that I submit documents of the total loss and when I did the policy was still cancelled. Dont waste your time! Go with someone else. They will cancel your policy within a week or 2 from the due date so if you only get paid twice a month good luck!

3 /5 Keith Crawford Jr.: They’re okay. Cheaper individual full coverage if you need it. Not great if you need to add a new driver to your plan which is why I switched. Also never had to actually put in a claim, and from others reviews, they seem sketch. Still, they never did me wrong so 3/5 feels fair.

1 /5 Juan Calixto: Was on hold for over 15 min tried calling back hung up on immediately. Take your business to the Belmont location. They need to train their employees better.

1 /5 Wannetta: The associate By the name of Janet (Waukegan office), her customer service was HORRIBLE. The 1st time I figured she was having a bad day… But she continued on with her nasty attitude each time I called in regards to my account. Even in the emails she send she absolutely RUDE AND SARCASTIC. All the other staff are great. I literally wanted to cancel my entire account because of her unprofessionalism.
