The FNB Community Bank - Vandalia (IL)

1 /5 Morgan Dubiede I 103 4r4qqqaqqelol: Literally the worst bank. Ive had nothing but problems with them & if my town bank didnt branch off of this one I wouldnt consider doing business with them at all!! My new card was supposed to be ordered 6 days ago and Im being told its just now being ordered!!! Which takes another 7-10 days to come in on top of the 6 ive already been waiting!! Ive got bills waiting to be paid considering my last card got cancelled that day and my automated payments are waiting on an updated card!! And man do they have poor customer service...

4 /5 Ms Fishstix1: Been with this bank since I was a child but I’m starting to dislike the service fee we are supposed to have free checks and accounts and it’s puts me in negative every time takes 6 dollars i could use as a disabled person
