1 /5 Gina Vince: Very poor customer service. MY SSDI check is on hold and I have no income. I EXPLAINED THIS ISSUE AND WAS THREATENED TO BE SUED. They call two to 4 times a day. They also locked me out of my account online. I am unable to get the account information I need. MANAGER BLOOMINGTON OFFICE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. HE WILL NOT GIVE ME THE INFORMATION I NEED ESPECIALLY AFTER REQUESTING SEVERAL TIMES. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
