1 /5 Nickolas LaPuma: -5 stars If I could. they lied and did everything possible to not cover our water damages. Then dropped us for water damages ??? Isn’t that what I pay insurance for? They even lied and told the roofing companies I had show proof of weather damages to them that I collected claims on my roof.

1 /5 Rick G: I would give the zero stars if I could they still havent paid out in full for a storm claim from 2 years ago. now they wont even return my calls. DO YOURSELF A FOVOR AND NECER EVER GET TRAVELERS FOR YOUR INSURANCE. ALLSTATE IS VERY GOOD. EVEN GEICO IS BETTER

1 /5 mark steele: Non perfectionism, not willing to help in the pandemic time, all she was concern about was money. She also stated they dont need people like me & they have been very generous to me. Explain how. No moving violations, no accidents, no claims for Ive 4yrs & travelers pays her salary... now that was the last straw that made me say. I see why they hired you & gave you the non important role of management when your just an employee or foot soldier. When you said travelers pays your salary. I knew it was time to cut ties with this insurance firm. I didnt want to reply but I did. I asked her. If travelers didnt get another penny from non of their customers whos going to pay your salary.Will it be the name, the sign travelers, your boss or the person whom owns this company. Let me guess neither 1. Workout customers theres no residual income. its people like you that ruin companies name & business.
