5 /5 Rhonda Baker: Let me heap some praise on this guy. I called him, furious and frustrated, because a policy that should have been cancelled back in October had not, in fact, been cancelled. It was a three-state mess, and long phone calls with the 1-800 people had been useless. Matt said, "come on down and well sort it out" and he DID. He had NOTHING to gain from helping me - it was a policy cancellation. He went beyond the extra mile, and saved my entire family so much time and stress. If I am insurance shopping in the future, I will not hesitate to call Matt, and you shouldnt either! Thank you, Matt!
